Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) is a small, golden-brown leguminous seed used as a culinary spice in South Asian, Middle Eastern, and North African cuisine, as a herbal supplement (for blood sugar control, lactation support, and digestive health), and as a livestock feed additive that improves appetite and milk yield in dairy cattle. Pakistan and India are the world's two largest exporters of methi seed.

When is fenugreek harvested in Pakistan?

Fenugreek is a winter crop in Pakistan. Sowing is October-November, harvest is March-April. Fresh-crop pricing is typically best May-July. Year-round availability from conditioned storage.

Do you offer ground methi powder?

We supply whole seed by default. Ground methi powder available on request with minimum order 5 MT, packed in 25kg poly-lined bags.

What's the difference between methi seed and methi leaves (kasuri methi)?

Methi seed = whole/ground spice for cooking and herbal use. Kasuri methi = dried leaves used as an aromatic herb in Indian/Pakistani cuisine. We supply seed; kasuri methi is a different product line.

Is your fenugreek pesticide-tested?

Yes — herbal-grade lots come with pesticide residue test report (EU/USA tolerance levels). Food-grade lots are tested per lot for purity, moisture, and foreign matter.
